Our director, Liew Taw Chai began his career as an apprentice at the age of 14. Taw Chai began manufacturing and selling its exclusive line of made-to-order sofas online from a small factory in Sungai Buloh in 1999. Since then, we have expanded into a 20,000 square foot factory. We’re driven by a philosophy of hard work and attention to detail. And as a manufacturer of most upholstered furniture, we’re happy to offer our customers an almost unlimited ability to customize while providing excellent lead times for both small and large orders.
As soon as your order is placed, it is scheduled for production. To create the best, we employ the finest craftspeople – experienced frame carpenters, seamstresses and upholsterers lend their expertise to each and every piece. Their quality craftsmanship is ably supported by the latest technology for maximum design efficiency. Upon completion, a final inspection for workmanship is carried out by dedicated quality control personnel. Each masterpiece is sent on to begin life in their new home.
